Meet Emma
Hi, I'm Emma,
I’m passionate about helping children feel more confident in their learning. Over the years, I’ve seen how much difference it makes when children begin to believe in their own ability.
I am a qualified primary teacher and tutor, local to Formby, with over 20 years experience of supporting children in Primary schools. Having taught across all stages in Primary during my career, I thoroughly understand the expectations for children for end of Key Stage SATs tests and for each year group leading up to that.
I run small group sessions that build Maths skills in a supportive, fun personalised way. I love those moments when a child has a 'light bulb moment' and they can solve a problem by themselves.
